Paypal Errors

I have been working half the day to try and resolve the technical issues some customers are having while trying to process their orders on our site.

It seems to be a hit and miss issue. Some of you are getting your orders through fine, others are encountering problems.

Right now it looks as though it is a Paypal issue. They are doing some updating and it is causing some accounts to be either kicked out of the payment area or won't let you enter the payment section at all.

From what I gathered from Paypal's customer service they are doing "beta updates," but only on certain accounts. So if you are having issues processing a payment through Crossin My Heart Creations, you'll probably have issues using your paypal account at other sites as well.

I hope this issue is resolved quickly. There are some options as far as getting your orders through, even if paypal doesn't let you. Please contact me at: CrossinMyHeart@Hotmail.com with your issue and I'll let you know what we can do about getting your order processed.
